From the moment we met Ian and Kevin they completely understood that this was more than a of simply accepting the highest offer. They genuinely appreciated that this was also a really emotional sale us, which we felt was respected by everyone at Paul Carr throughout. As soon as the property went 'live' there was an impressive amount of interest and a sale was quickly agreed.
