We interviewed a couple of estate agents in Sutton Coldfield before deciding on Paul Carr. We chose them not because they gave the highest valuation but because after Katy Syborn viewing the property she gave us confidence Paul Carr would sell the property, and they did. From Kiran arranging marketing that was real and reflected the property, to Jonathan and the rest of the team doing viewings we accepted an offer within about 6 weeks. Which was fantastic as we had been listed with another agent for 20 weeks. The attention to detail was very good and we were kept informed every week by the lovely Grace, who phoned me to give an update, which kept us from wondering what was going on and really made a difference. I recommend the whole team very highly. Thanks team.
