We had previously had the house on with another local agent addressing the same market and had been woefully disappointed in their performance. Paul Carr may charge a little more than some but they have been so very worth the extra. From assessing the value correctly, to how to market it, to getting potential buyers through door, and then the parts the other agent never reached: navigating having offers to accepting one of them, and then supporting us and the buyer through what transpired to be a somewhat tortuous conveyancing process: it was chalk and cheese compared to the previous agents, and worth every penny of their commission; they really worked it at every stage. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending unreservedly.
